Guerilla marketing, the strategy

Guerilla Marketing-The Golden Strategy:
Marketing!! This is a magical word to all Entrepreneurs. A product or a process or simply anything under the sun can reach its target only with the help of a good marketing. The tactic lies in making the end users believe that whatever is being marketed is the best of its kind and to do so is not a child’s play. Building a high quality product is only the half of the complete story, and in making it accepted by the intended users  lies the real picture. A strategic approach is normally followed worldwide wherein much of the time is spent on analysis, advertising, etc… involving a lot of investment. Though this might work out in the long run, what is immediately needed is a quick yet a safer marketing, pulling in the customer without much fuss on financial constraints. Here comes the golden word “Guerilla Marketing”.
What is it all about? Guerilla generally refers to a non-systematic warfare wherein the enemies are onto a surprise when they least expect it. In marketing terms, a free hand on marketing without any hard and fast rule, aimed only at pleasing the customers in all possible ways. This is non- strategically a tactic, that is most popular in the recent times, which helps to achieve a wider and a more stable entry into the highly competitive “survival of the fittest” arena.

The above representations depict how marketing can be effectively used that might attract the target end users. It’s all about going the Extra-mile by the way of creativity.
Some of the Guerilla marketing techniques that could be followed are:
  • If it’s a small scale company where high-budget investment is not immediately possible, distribution of circulars about the company and its services to the residents in the nearby area could be done.
  • Business cards constitute one of the major parts of an effective marketing.
  • Announcing interesting competitions that involve voting online with attractive gifts on winning might pull a huge crowd who vote by compulsion by the participants.
  • Organizing blood donation camps, distribution of pens, T-shirts, bags with the company’s name imprinted might increase its reachability.
The art is all about creativity and the urge to top it all. If done with the right sense of prediction with top priority of attracting the target, even with a little investment, the results will be tremendous. As we can rightly say, Well Marketed is almost done!!
