"Het Zwarte Fietsenplan"

"Het Zwarte Fietsenplan' ('The Black Bikeplan") is a bike store with several locations in Amsterdam, to let people now that "Het Zwarte Fietsenplan" also does repairs, an advertisingagency (N=5) put stickers on the well-known trafic signs. This way the bikes on the signs appear to be having a flat tire, together with of course the name of the bike store.
